Delivery & Returns
We use a number of delivery partners depending on the product purchased and the location of your delivery address. Generally products take between 1 and 3 business days to be ready for delivery (as most of our products are made to order). Delivery times depend on your location, as per the overview below.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties. Please understand that customs clearing can take time, which has not been factored into the delivery times listed above. We cannot influence and are not responsible for custom clearing times.
While we hope that you will be delighted with your order, we do understand that there are occasions when you may want to return an item. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.
We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Simply contact us on email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of the item to commence the returns process.
We check everything before we send it to you and do our very best to ensure that all our products leave us in perfect condition. Should you receive damaged goods, then please notify us within 14 days of receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org to commence the returns process. We will, in the instance of faulty or damaged goods, of course reimburse you fully for any return postage. Please note that we cannot accept an item returned as faulty without the original packaging, or if the product shows any signs of use.
Certain items, such as customised products, are not eligible for returns or refunds. Should you be unhappy with your customised product for any reason, please do let us know within 14 days of receipt via email@example.com so we can resolve any issue you may have to the best of our ability.
